There may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which prevent us from fulfilling your order. We will notify you by email of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel the order or apply the amount paid to a different item. If you cancel the order we will submit a request for credit to your form of payment within 1 to 2 business days of notification of the out-of-stock item.
