Returns

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 14 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 14 days from the date of purchase.
When you need to return product, you must contact us at [ dad@dadstreasurebox.com ] within 14 days and then depending on the item to be returned you may be asked to go to [ http://www.yourshipping.com/ ] and generate a return form to include in the package you wish to return. If this does not happen, we do not know where the package came from and you will not receive credit for the return.
There are some guidelines to follow when deciding to return a product.
Closeout items are unable to be returned.
Customized chips of any kind cannot be returned.
If a product has been used even if it was only one time, it cannot be returned.
We cannot accept opened DVD’s, Copag or KEM cards. They cannot be resold and will not be refunded.
If you receive defective merchandise, you can only exchange it for a similar product of equal or lesser value.
If a product is returned and there is no exchange, a 15% restocking fee will be charged. If you are returning a product that is defective or incorrectly shipped for a refund you will be refunded for the cost of the item ONLY. However we will gladly refund returned shipping on a defective or incorrectly shipped item that you are wanting an exchange on.
If a product arrives damaged, Dad's Treasure Box must be notified immediately. Once we are notified, a claim will be placed with the corresponding shipping company. Once the claim has been resolved, the product will need to be sent back and the replacement is sent out.
In the rare event that the wrong product is shipped, this will need to be sent back to us. If this is to occur, Dad's Treasure Box must be notified immediately. You will need to pay for the return Ground shipping but will be reimbursed up to the amount originally paid once the product has been received. We recommend returning the product with a carrier that offers a tracking number. We are not responsible for returns that do not arrive to our warehouse. You will only be reimbursed if you are exchanging it for another product. If there is no exchange, then there will be no refund of return shipping.
Please allow up to 3 weeks for returns to be processed.
